Building a Church Budget Bridge for the Kingdom

Purpose

To help congregations analyze their present stewardship development process and train financial leaders and committees. To interpret the current year’s stewardship promotion suggestions for Southern Baptist churches.

Audience

Pastors, church staff, deacons, Stewardship/Budget/Finance Committee members

Description

The Budget Bridge Conference gives a short overview of the basic steps in planning, writing, and promoting church budgets. The traditional meeting may be sandwiched between two periods of individual church analysis consultations.
