Overseeing the educational aspects of the church involving Sunday School as well as Discipleship/Life Groups etc. Would include overseeing the operation of the church facilities and those responsible for its care and upkeep. This person would also need to be capable filling the pulpit in the Senior Pastor’s absence as well as other pastoral duties. Ideally the candidate would hold both a bachelors and masters degrees in areas of preaching, ministry and/or church administration.
