Grace Crossing is an 11-year-old church located in the rapidly growing community of Gluckstadt in Madison County. Over the past five years, our church has experienced significant growth alongside the community.
At GCBC, our mission is to make disciples by deepening our relationship with Jesus and with one another. We are currently seeking an Associate Pastor to serve students in grades 6–12 and their families, with additional oversight of our college ministry.
This has been a full-time role since our church launched in 2015. The new Associate Pastor will join a collaborative staff that includes a Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor of Worship, Children’s Minister, Administrative Assistant, Business Administrator, and a part-time Preschool & Access (special needs) Director.
We are looking for a man who has completed a bachelor’s degree and is either pursuing or has completed a master’s degree from an accredited seminary. Candidates should be self-starters and strong team players, as we value working closely together in ministry.
