The Student Ministry Associate is responsible for being a catalyst through discipleship experiences, for growing the middle school student ministry to reach a broad range of students both from Broadmoor Baptist Church (BBC) and the surrounding community. This position is designed to empower someone in his / her role as a shepherd of people and ministries.
