The Worship & Music Pastor develops and coordinates the church’s music ministries. He is responsible for planning all services, in coordination with the pastor, and he provides music and arranges musicians for all worship services. He is responsible for leading people to participate in congregational singing and training others to lead. He provides organization and leadership for special projects of the church and supplies and interprets information regarding the work of the church and the denomination. He is responsible to the Senior Pastor for the total music ministry of the church.
Experience in leading a choir and orchestra is preferred, as experience with technology and audio-visual media.
