Mississippi Baptist Convention Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting for the Mississippi Baptist Convention will be held October 28-29 at Broadmoor Baptist Church (Madison).
Messenger Registration:
All messengers and guests to the 189th Mississippi Baptist Convention on October 28-29, 2025, will pre-register online. A letter with specific instructions will be mailed to each church qualifying for messengers by mid-August. The instructions will guide you through the process of pre-registering using your church’s SBC Workspace account. Your SBC Workspace account will show the number of messengers your church is eligible to send according to the guidelines of the Constitution. The Mississippi Baptist Convention’s Constitution states:
Each church in friendly cooperation with the Mississippi Baptist Convention and having contributed to world missions through the Cooperative Program during the preceding convention year shall be entitled to two messengers for the first one hundred members of its membership or fraction thereof.
One additional messenger from each church shall be allowed for each additional one hundred members, or major fraction thereof, but no church shall be entitled to more than ten messengers.

Register for Childcare at Convention
Childcare will be available for children, ages 6 weeks – completed K5, at Broadmoor Baptist Church, Madison, during the Pastors’ Conference and the Mississippi Baptist Convention, October 27, noon – October 29, 2025. When you pre-register as a messenger or guest online, please answer the childcare question. Further instructions will be sent to you.
