The MBCB Leadership Department is available to help you with your needs and processes in seeking resumes from ministers as possible candidates for your open ministry position.
What we do
Our Leadership Department works with ministers as they seek God’s place of service, and with churches as they seek new ministerial leadership. We are also available to meet with churches and Pastor/Minister Search Teams for training, discussion, and prayer; and with ministers for vocational guidance, discussion, and prayer. We can also assist churches in finding interim and supply pastors and ministers.
