Overview:

Essentials is a regional, free, one-day event hosted by the Lifeway Student Ministry training team in locations across the country! It’s a day chock full of strategy, insight, collaboration, and community. It’s the best way to connect with other youth ministry leaders in your area and with new and important ideas for leading student ministry this season.

Essentials offers thoughts on leadership that is designed to help you evaluate your current ministry plan, understand key elements of healthy student ministry, and develop a solid and effective ministry vision and a plan that is both ready to implement and easy to communicate. This event is especially unique because the 3 Essentials of Student Ministry framework is applicable to ministries of any size and context. No matter what your ministry looks like, Essentials is for you!

This year’s Essentials features sessions on parent ministry, creative programming, creating engaging small groups, GenZ research, and prayer.
