Synchrony for Small Churches will assist part-time and volunteer leaders and committees in developing a unified vision for preschool, children’s, youth, and college ministries. During the event, leaders will be introduced to building a vision statement, goals, and discipleship plan for these ministries. Leading from Your Strengths is a key component of the training.
