The Summit is a two-day, statewide conference designed to equip, encourage, and refresh those serving in local churches across Mississippi. Through worship, teaching, and breakout sessions, you will be strengthened for effective ministry while also gaining opportunities to connect with others and be renewed for the work God has called you to.
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Chuck Lawless
Chuck Lawless serves as a leader and professor at Southeastern Seminary and works with the International Mission Board in theological education. A former pastor and seminary dean, he holds advanced degrees in evangelism and has authored several books focused on discipleship and mentoring. He and his wife, Pam, have been married over 30 years and live in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Worship Leader
Travis Cottrell
Travis Cottrell has served for over 30 years as a worship leader, songwriter, and artist, earning respect across Christian music with numerous recordings and collaborations. He has received multiple Dove Award nominations and wins, seen projects reach #1, and ministered globally alongside Beth Moore for 25 years. He currently serves as Worship Pastor at Brentwood Baptist Church and ministers with his family.
