December 7
Global Missions & International Mission Board
The heart of our prayer is asking God to fulfill his covenant promises in Christ Jesus to save and sanctify people from every nation, tribe, people, and language. When we pray for global mission efforts through the International Mission Board we join in fellowship with believers through the ages, confident that God will fulfill his promises.
Pray that God will go before our missionaries as they share the Gospel with the lost and dying world. Pray that God will lead our church planting strategies as our missionaries and national partners seek to bring the Gospel to the thousands of unreached and unengaged people groups around the world.
December 14
Tracy Moser, BSU Director Blue Mountain Christian University
Pray for Tracy as she provides leadership to the BSU on the campus of Blue Mountain Christian University. The BSU reaches students for Jesus Christ and keeps them engaged in the life of the church during their college years by offering Christ-centered, student-led, campus minister-directed ministry in these key areas: evangelism, discipleship, missions, and relationships.
December 21
David MacLellan, BSU Director, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Perkinston Campus
Pray for David as he develops and implements programs and ministries to reach college students. Pray students will be drawn to the gospel, and David will equip leaders with wisdom and boldness to share their faith and build a strong Christian community among students.
December 28
Women’s Ministries/WMU – Tammy Anderson, Braelyn Weaver, Amy Massey, Laura Marler, & Ann Rials
Women’s Ministries and WMU seeks to come alongside the church to accomplish the mission of God through discipleship for women and involvement in missions. A vibrant women’s ministry offers a place of belonging for women of all ages in the church and provides vision and networking for women inside the church and outside the church. Mississippi WMU challenges Christian believers to make disciples of Jesus who live on mission by creating dynamic missions awareness that leads to radical missions involvement and relevant missions support among Mississippi Baptists.
