West Union Baptist Church is a long-standing church in our community, located in Carriere, MS. Our multi-generational church sees about 200 in attendance on Sunday mornings. We are a growing church seeking God’s direction as we add another leader to our church. The Associate Pastor will be a bi-vocational position that will be a leadership role in the church and provide pastoral care as needed. Some focuses of the associate pastor may be small group discipling, community missions, leadership training, guest assimilation, and pastoral support as needed.
