What we’re hoping to find in our next Minister of Students:
• A heart that sees student ministry as a genuine calling from God, not just a job
• Ordination before or shortly after stepping into the role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Bible or Christian Ministry (a Master’s from an accredited seminary is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
• At least 3 years of full-time experience serving in student ministry
• A marriage where your wife is walking alongside you in this calling
• Alignment with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message, and comfort ministering in a non-charismatic church
• A clean, growing walk — no active divorce in your story

• Someone who can dream up, plan, and run engaging middle and high school ministries — leaning on trusted Southern Baptist resources while staying flexible to what students need
• A natural encourager who loves organizing and promoting youth events students actually want to come to

• A team player who partners well with staff, the local association, and state youth leaders
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
