Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, is prayerfully seeking a Full-Time Associate/Student Pastor to join our ministry team. We are an established church of over 140+ years who understands the value of investing in students.
The Student Pastor will oversee all aspects of ministry for students in grades 7–12, including planning, teaching, discipleship, and outreach. This individual will work closely with the Senior Pastor and church staff to provide sound, biblical leadership for students and assist with broader church ministries as needed. The goal of this position is to help students grow in their faith, develop Christlike character, and become active participants in the life and mission of the church.

Spiritual Qualifications:
Demonstrate a genuine personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Exhibit evidence of being a born-again believer with a clear call from God to ministry.
Faithfully attend and financially support the ministry of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Serve as a Christlike example in attitude, speech, and conduct.
Build meaningful relationships with students while maintaining strong Christian integrity.
Teach and model biblical truth in all areas of life.
Affirm and uphold the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) and the church’s statement of faith.
Ministry experience with students is required.
