The Associate Pastor of Family Ministries at North Oxford Baptist Church (NOBC) is responsible for implementing the vision and strategy of NOBC. This position will focus on communication with and coordination of children, youth, families and senior adults as well as oversee all educational practices and discipleship programs.
This position will manage the Children’s Director, Student Pastor and College Pastor. Will also focus on building relationships with families and with our seniors and filling the pulpit when the need arises.
We are seeking God’s man for this position. This person will have excellent relational skills, be very organized, and will have a willingness to serve the Lord’s people.
Must have a Master’s Degree in a Christian ministry field with at least 5 years of experience in leading a church ministry.
