Associate Pastor of Worship and Communication
Harmony Baptist Church in Crystal Springs is accepting applications for Associate Pastor of Worship and Communication.
This position will focus on three primary aspects of our ministry.
Worship Ministry
lead in ministry development based on the Mission and Vision of Harmony
plan, organize, and lead the total worship ministry providing a meaningful worship experience
Design quality worship experiences utilizing quality theological songs, both old and new.
coordinate, equip, and prepare musicians and tech team for rehearsals and services
recruit and utilize volunteers to be part of worship ministry
lead in AV/L technology (including soundboard, audio system, streaming technology, and running multitrack program)
focus on spiritual development and discipleship among worship volunteers
Communication Ministry
keep our ministry current in the digital age
plan, create, and organize all church graphics and media, including social media, webpages, pro presenter, etc.
utilize text-in-church, planning center, and other communication softwares to keep our congregation in the know
create opportunities for groups within our church to communicate information with members of our gathering
General Ministry
assist with ministry needs as they arise
provide pastoral care
