Associate Pastor/Youth MinisterFull-Time

Emmanuel Baptist Church, Greenville, MS, (ebcgreenville.com) is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor/Youth Minister to lead our growing ministry. We are a growing church in the heart of the Mississippi Delta with an average attendance of 400-450 on Sunday mornings. Our ministry mission is to Worship our God and risen Savior, Grow through discipleship and training, and Serve our community and beyond.

We are seeking a leader whose heart and calling is to reach 7th grade-college age students with a passion to develop and build disciples.
Activities of this position will include:
– weekly Wednesday night and Sunday morning groups to teach and support a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
– work closely with area schools for building relationships with students and families
– plan and execute activities such as camps, retreats, domestic and international mission trips
– lead a dedicated team of volunteers in all aspects of the ministry
