Metro Baptist Association is a 2 county association comprised of 80 churches in central Mississippi. We are seeking a man to serve as AMS which will develop healthy pastors and healthy churches while leading in missional engagement. The AMS would lead the entire association of churches in developing an overall mission strategy while strengthening relationships among churches and church leaders.
