Grace City Church is a 15 year old church located in the heart of Northeast Jackson close to Highland Village. We are a young, growing church who is currently seeking a full-time Children’s Minister for our growing preschool and elementary ministries. The overall objective for this position is to shepherd children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, intentional teaching, authentic relationships, and meaningful engagement with one another, families, and the broader church body. Qualifications:
-A growing relationship with Jesus Christ as evidenced by spiritual maturity and personal devotion.
-A love for children and a passion to lead them into a lasting faith.
-Alignment with the mission and theological values of Grace City Church.
-College degree preferred, especially in education, ministry, child development, or a related field.
-Experience in Children’s Ministry or a related setting (church, education, youth programming).
-Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to cast vision and implement systems in a collaborative church environment.
-Willingness to continually grow in ministry knowledge and practical strategies.
