Children’s Ministry DirectorFull-Time

First Baptist Church Saltillo is a thriving, multi-generational church located in Saltillo, Mississippi. Our mission is to glorify God by making disciples in Saltillo and throughout the world. We are prayerfully seeking our next Children’s Ministry Director to lead our preschool and children’s ministries (birth through 5th grade). This full-time position is designed for someone who is passionate about discipling children, equipping families, and raising up leaders to serve in ministry.

The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, team-oriented, and have experience in children’s ministry. A growing relationship with Christ, a willingness to be held accountable, and a heart for both evangelism and discipleship are essential. Responsibilities include leading Sunday and Wednesday programming, recruiting and training volunteers, providing care to children and families, and planning events such as camps and VBS. Applicants must be physically able and willing to complete a background check. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
