Friendship Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Children’s Ministry Director to lead our kids’ ministry on Sundays and Wednesdays.
We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, and loves helping others serve. This person will disciple children from birth through 6th grade, build and develop volunteer teams, and create an engaging environment where kids can grow in their relationship with Christ.
Our Sunday attendance averages 200–225 and includes a wide range of ages and families. The role includes oversight of Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, special needs ministry, and special events like VBS and Kids Camp.
The ideal candidate will be:
– Passionate about leading children and families to know Jesus
– A team-builder who can recruit and encourage volunteers
– Organized and creative with a heart for ministry
Pay is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
