The Church Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to the administrative and ministerial staff. This position plays a vital role in helping the ministry team carry out the church’s mission and serving as a welcoming point of contact for church members and guests. Key Responsibilities
• Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Pastor, Church Administrator and ministerial staff.
• Manage and update church databases, membership records, attendance rolls, and prayer lists.
• Prepare worship guides, church publications, and announcements.
• Prepare correspondence and other documents as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with mail distribution, copying, and other general office tasks.
• Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for church members, visitors, and vendors.
