The Director of Security provides leadership and oversight for all safety and security operations across the church campus and the Center for Hope and Healing. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for congregants, staff, volunteers, and visitors during worship services, events, and daily activities. The Director of Security develops and implements security policies, emergency response plans, risk-management procedures, and training programs that reflect the church’s values and mission. This position oversees security personnel, both staff and volunteers—coordinates with local law enforcement and emergency responders and ensures compliance with all relevant safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, level-headed, and committed to protecting the church community with professionalism, discretion, and compassion.
