We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to join our ministry team. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and developing our youth ministry, fostering a strong spiritual foundation in our young members, and creating engaging programs that encourage their growth in Christ.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program for 7th through
12th grade students.
● Plan and lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events.
● Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth, helping them navigate their
faith journey.
● Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate youth activities with
the broader church community.
● Organize and lead youth retreats, mission trips, and community service projects.
● Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed and
involved in their children’s spiritual development.
● Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer leaders for the youth ministry.
● Ensure all youth activities comply with church policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
● A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a solid understanding of the
Bible and Christian principles.
● Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field (Preferred not
required).
● Previous experience in youth ministry or a related field (Preferred not required).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
