Education and Worship PastorFull-Time

Yellow Leaf is seeking a passionate and dedicated Education and Worship Pastor to lead in our worship and education ministries. This individual will have the unique opportunity to lead both the educational and worship ministries of the church, fostering spiritual growth through teaching, worship, and discipleship. The Education and Worship Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor and other volunteers to create an atmosphere of worship and spiritual formation for all ages.

Overview:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the church’s education ministry, including children’s ministry, youth groups, and adult discipleship.
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers and leaders for family ministries.
• Organize and lead educational events, workshops, and Bible studies.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and adjust as needed.
• Lead and coordinate all worship services, ensuring a vibrant and biblically- centered worship experience.
• Develop worship sets that align with the church’s vision and sermon themes
• A clear and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, with a passion for worship and spiritual education.
• Minimum of _____ years of experience in church ministry, with a focus on education and worship.
• A degree in Theology, Christian Ministry, or a related field (preferred).
Strong teaching and communication skills, with experience leading Bible studies or student/childrens groups.
