Broadmoor Baptist Church’s High School Ministry Associate is responsible for working under the leadership of the High School Pastor in guiding the High School Ministry to reach a variety of students in grades 9-12 from throughout Madison County. This position assists in creating an exciting environment to clearly communicate the Gospel in age-appropriate ways. Responsibilities include the management of weekly programs, event elements, teaching, curriculum, volunteer management, social media, safety processes, and fun! They work closely with the High School team, NextGen and ministry staff, and volunteers to provide leadership, coaching, and feedback ensuring a healthy and functional ministry.
