Position Summary
The Pastor serves as the spiritual leader of the church, responsible for preaching and teaching the Word of God, shepherding the congregation, equipping members for ministry, and leading the church in fulfilling the Great Commission. The Pastor will model a Christ-centered life, uphold Southern Baptist doctrine, and provide biblical leadership in accordance with the church’s mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications
– A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to pastoral ministry.
– Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
