Must have a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a personal relationship with Him. Background in music and/or leading music worship service. Flexible music styles (traditional & Contemporary). Affirm belief & witness to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and to the OGBC Covenant and By-laws and Statement of Faith nd Practice. Plan weekly worship service in coordination with the pastor, participate in weekly staff meeting, direct congregation singing at all regular scheduled worship services and special holiday services, Christmas and Easter cantatas, etc.
The Music Minister is a part-time position and will have two (2) weeks paid annual vacation.
