Principle Function:
The Minister of Music leads the church in a music ministry that will inspire and enhance congregational worship and fellowship, engage all age levels in a balanced form of worship service and education, and promote music as an important part of meaningful corporate and personal worship and spiritual growth.
The person who serves in this role will need to be able to lead FBC Nettleton into adapting a more balanced form of worship, growing musical talent, and using the resources we have to lead the church in worship.
