Minister of Music/Worship LeaderBivocational/Part-Time

First Baptist Richland is located along the busy thoroughfare of Highway 49 in Richland, MS. We are a large church which average approximately 200 for Sunday morning worship with a variety of ages. We currently have a senior pastor and youth minister full time staff as well as office manager full time and admin assistant part time. We are seeking someone to join this staff part time to minister to our congregation. We have an adult choir as well as band that lead worship each sunday. We have services Sunday morning at 10:15, Sunday night at 5:00 and Wednesday night at 6:30.
As Worship leader in our church some but not all of your duties would include overseeing of planning and executing Sunday worship both morning and evening. You would also be responsible for the sound and visual equipment thoughout the sanctuary as well as the streaming of our service on Sunday morning as well as other times deemed necessary. This position also requires you to assist the Senior pastor with pastoral care responsibilites of the church and community as well as build and maintain bonds with members of the music ministry.
