DeSoto Hills Baptist Church is a growing, Christ-centered community located in the heart of Southaven, MS. With 500–600 people in weekly attendance, we’re passionate about helping families build on the firm foundation of Jesus Christ. Our vibrant Student Ministry currently reaches around 100 students each week on Wednesdays and Sundays, and we’re prayerfully seeking the next leader to help our students grow deeper in faith, stronger in community, and bolder in their walk with Christ.
We’re searching for a Student Minister who loves Jesus and loves students.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a shepherd’s heart for students in grades 7–12
Be passionate about discipleship, teaching God’s Word, and building relationships
Create engaging, gospel-centered opportunities for students to connect, grow, and serve
Partner with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to cultivate a thriving student ministry
