Minister to Children & PreschoolFull-Time

Petal First Baptist Church is located in Petal, MS which is a growing community with an award winning school district. We are located just outside of Hattiesburg. Our church is a contemporary church that is a young church that is growing and focused on reaching our city, state, nation and the ends of the earth. Our mission is engaging people with the hope of the gospel to see lives transformed. We are looking for our next Children’s/Preschool Minister to continue the work of leading our Kids Ministry to the next level. We are open to a co-vocational role. A seminary degree is preferred and some experience is required.
This person will have the responsibility of ensuring that the ministry of birth to 6th grade and their families align with the beliefs, values, and mission/vision of PFBC. This person should be a dynamic, fun, and engaging leader who deeply loves kids and their families. They must be committed to a fun kid-friendly environment that is safe and secure where kids can experience the transforming power of Jesus. The person must partner with parents to help equip them to disciple their children to be transformed by the hope of the gospel.
