First Baptist Church Richland is located in the Greater Jackson Metro area in the town of Richland, MS. FBC Richland is a multi-generational congregation seek to impact our city and the world with the Gospel.
The principle function of this ministry position is to provide Kingdom leadership in developing and implementing a Christ-honoring ministry to the families of FBC Richland and the City of Richland and to assist the Senior Pastor in the administrative, evangelistic, and pastoral ministries directly related to family ministries.
The secondary function of this ministry position is to coordinate and provide leadership for the various committees, ministry teams, and ministerial staff which pertain to family and children, and to lead these ministry efforts of the church at the church’s Grace Campus (satellite campus).
A Master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred, but a person currently seeking theological training may be considered.
The person called to fill this position will join a Ministerial Staff consisting of a Senior Pastor, a full-time Minister of Music, a full-time Student Pastor and a part-time Minister of Missions.
