We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Minister to join our ministry team. The Student Minister will be responsible for leading and developing our youth ministry, fostering a strong spiritual foundation in our young members, and creating engaging programs that encourage their growth in Christ.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program for 7th through 12th grade students.
• Plan and lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events.
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth, helping them navigate their faith journey.
• Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate youth activities with the broader church community.
• Organize and lead youth retreats, mission trips, and community service projects.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved in their children’s spiritual development.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer leaders for the youth ministry.
• Ensure all youth activities comply with church policies and safety guidelines.
