Ministry Assistant, Congregational Care/Community OutreachEither

First Baptist Church Jackson is prayerfully seeking a Full Time Ministry Assistant for their Congregational Care/Community Outreach Department.
The Ministry Assistant performs various administrative and clerical tasks to help insure an efficient and smooth daily operation for the offices of Congregational Care and Community Outreach. This Ministry Assistant will work directly with the Congregational Care/Community Outreach Pastor. In addition, as part of the Congregational Care/Community Outreach team, the Ministry Assistant will be expected to provide help and administrative support for other team members when needed.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Congregational Care/Community Outreach Ministry Assistant include:
• General Secretarial Skills
• Maintain Daily Hospital Reports and Prayer List
• Help Coordinate Visitations and Funerals
• Assist in Coordinating Ministry Events and Volunteers
• Organize and Maintain Congregational Care and Community Outreach Records
