Sylva Rena Baptist Church, Water Valley, MS is searching for a bi-vocational Minister of Students (approximately 20-25 hours per week). We are seeking someone called to ministry who will teach God’s Word faithfully, build relationships with students K-12th grade and their families, and provide opportunities outside of normal worship service times where our students can continue to grow in their faith. Our expectations include camps, Mississippi Super Summer, and other opportunities throughout the year as they align with the overall vision of the church to help our students engage in worship, service, and missions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Christian education (or similar field) and at least two years of experience.
