• Be involved in the total church program. Attending Sunday morning/evening worship services, Wednesday night activities, special church-wide events, staff meetings, retreats, etc.
• Be involved in counseling during worship services and during the week, hospital visitation, and outreach as needed.
• Be actively part of the community, building relationships with those who are far from Christ with the purpose of sharing the Gospel with them.
• Be a regular and consistent attender, tither, and member of Escatawpa Baptist Church.
• Participate in seminars and other continuing education opportunities for personal growth and new ministry ideas.
• All responsibilities are supervised by, and coordinated with, the Senior Pastor.
• Assist the Senior Pastor in areas of pastoral ministries as requested.
Maintain consistent practices with all choirs, as well as handbells and other instrumentalists.
o Developing choirs for children, youth (as applicable), and adults that meets on a weekly basis.
• Lead the congregation in worship.
o Leading music on Sunday AM & PM services, as well as on Wednesday nights.
• Design quality worship experiences utilizing quality songs, both old and new.
• Assist and support members working with children and youth musical groups.
