Mathiston FBC is seeking someone to serve our church by investing in the worship ministry and the families that are involved in the worship ministry of the church. Generally, the role includes maintaining consistent choir practices, coordinating with the pastor and other staff to plan worship services, coordinating with the media team and instrumentalists to prepare for services, and leading in a manner that creates a culture for those in the church to easily follow and engage in worship. The individual should be willing to invest in the families of the church beyond the general requirements listed to foster a healthy relationship between the staff member and members of the church and community.
