Our church is seeking a passionate, bi-vocational Minister of Music to serve as the “producer” of our worship services and a shepherd to our music ministry. In this pastoral role, you will collaborate closely with the Pastor to translate his vision into authentic, Scripture-based worship, leading our congregation through a blended style that honors traditional hymns and contemporary praise. You will oversee a multi-generational ministry—including choirs, special singers, and a multimedia team—supported by the church staff. Beyond musical excellence, we are looking for a leader with a humble, teachable spirit and a “shepherd’s heart” to mentor volunteers and nurture their spiritual growth. Candidates must demonstrate a strong Baptist theological foundation, proven experience in choir direction, and a commitment to centering worship on God’s glory rather than personal talent.
