Clear Branch Baptist Church is a rural and growing body of believers in Florence, Mississippi. The church is multigenerational and has experienced a growth in young families attending and becoming involved in the church. We are searching for our next music minister, who will be over the church’s music and media teams. The position is bivocational in nature.
A snapshot of duties include:
– Directing the planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive music program in preparing groups, soloists, choirs, and audio/visual personnel for internal and external ministry.
– Planning and arranging an “Order of Service” for worship services.
– Working with the ministerial staff on special music, graphic design, or filming and streaming needs in the total church program.
– Monitoring the purchasing, maintenance, and replacement of all music-related equipment, supplies, and instruments.
– Attending Church Leadership Team meetings, staff meetings, and other special meetings when requested.
