Centerville Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking God’s direction for a Pastor who is passionate about the congregation and the community surrounding it. We are seeking one who preaches Biblical doctrine, has strong leadership skills and disciples God’s people as necessary. Our desire is to have a Pastor with a servant’s heart, has a passion for prayer and worship, and has a vision to lead our growing Church into the direction God has envisioned for us. We have an excellent music ministry and praise team, a vast and growing children’s ministry, as well as a strong youth ministry.
Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach biblically sound sermons on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation
• Support the Church in community outreach and mission efforts
• Work collaboratively with Church leadership and committees
