Providence Baptist Church, located in the Jayess, Ms community is a deeply rooted church with a long history of faithful service to the community and to growing the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Providence is actively committed to supporting mission endeavors wherever the need arises. Our facilities include a Sanctuary, a family life center which encompasses a gymnasium, a full kitchen and Sunday school rooms for all ages. Providence also has a parsonage located very near the church.
The members of Providence include all age groups who are dedicated to the love of Jesus and being led by the Holy Spirit to do the work of the Lord.
The paid staff consists of a pastor, music minister, youth minister with volunteer church members performing duties such as Sunday School Director and Discipleship Training Director.
Providence provides three services weekly with two services on Sunday and prayer meetings on Wednesday evening.
