Ministry Job description
Tiplersville Baptist Church is a small church located in Tiplersville, MS. We have a variety of age groups in our church where we have ministry classes to reach all needs of our congregation. We
are prayerfully seeking God’s direction to find the next senior pastor at our church to lead us to follow God’s will for our church and to witness to others to lead them to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Pastor qualifications:
• The pastor shall be on ordained minister in the Southern Baptist Domination.
• The pastor is responsible for leading the church to function as a New Testament church.
• The pastor shall lead the congregation, the organizations, and church staff to perform their duties.
• The pastor is the leader of pastoral ministries in the church.
We have a youth leader that leads our youth and children’s ministry. We have a church parsonage that is a 3-bedroom home, 2 baths located across the street from the church. The pastor shall be entitled to an annual vacation of 2 weeks (14 days) with full salary and is to be
taken when he desires.
