Noxapater Baptist Church of Noxapater, Mississippi is in a season of exciting growth and spiritual renewal. Following the retirement of our longtime pastor in December 2025, we are prayerfully seeking a pastor to help lead us into the next chapter of ministry. God is moving powerfully among our congregation—over the past six months, many young couples and families have joined our church, our children’s ministry has grown significantly, and we have celebrated an increase in professions of faith and baptisms. Our worship services are thriving, marked by meaningful, Christ-centered worship music that joyfully blends contemporary songs with beloved classical hymns.
Founded in 1836, Noxapater Baptist Church is rooted in strong biblical theology. Our church family spans generations, from age 9 to over 90, with an average age in the low forties. Over the past year, we baptized 12 individuals and welcomed 24 new members into our fellowship. With a dedicated and active youth and children’s pastor already serving and reaching students within our church and local schools, we are seeking a pastor who will lead through evangelism, shepherding, and spiritual guidance. We are a close-knit family of believers eager to spread the Gospel, make disciples, and faithfully serve our community for the glory of God.
