Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is a 150 year old church located approximately 5 miles south of Carthage, MS in Leake County. We are a multi-generational church with activities to reach all ages for Christ. We are prayerfully seeking God’s direction to find our next pastor. A pastor who will lead our church family and our staff in fulfilling the Great Commission and living the commandments of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Seminary education is preferred but not required.
We are a small rural church with approximately 50 individuals in attendance for Sunday morning worship. We have 2 services on Sunday and Wednesday night prayer meeting.
We would love to welcome a new pastor and his family to become a member of our church family. We also have a parsonage available if needed.
