We are prayerfully seeking God’s man for the position of FULL-TIME PASTOR. The preferred candidate should have a heart for missions with a willingness to be involved in the community. We are blessed with a growing ministry for children, preschoolers, and families, due to this, a family-focused pastor is an ideal candidate. The preferred candidate should have some experience as a pastor, communicate effectively, and be educated in God’s word. Through God’s blessings we are debt free and continual improving our facilities through the blessing we have been provided.
Responsibilities
• Provide spiritual leadership
• Prepare and deliver Bible-based sermons on Wed. evening/Sunday AM & PM
• Visit / support current and potential church members
• Work with deacons & committees to achieve church objectives
• Support the church in community outreach & mission efforts
Qualifications
• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement and adherence with Southern Baptist beliefs and values
• Previous ministry experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be actively involved in the life of our community
• Educated in God’s word
