Senior High Youth MinisterBivocational/Part-Time

New Salem Baptist Church located in Caledonia, MS is prayerfully seeking a male Senior High Youth Group Minister to lead our student group for grades 9-12. This is a brand new position as we are reorganizing our growing youth ministry from one group of grades 7-12 into two groups of middle school and high school. We are looking for someone to help us develop this role and who will work in seamless cooperation with our longtime youth director who will continue to lead the middle school group. Our community is growing and our church is growing right along with it. We have recently completed construction of a brand new children’s and youth facility. We have strong connections to our local school system which is highly ranked nationally as among the best. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop a new bivocational role that has potential to become a full-time role in the future.
