Fredonia Baptist Church is a growing, multi-generational church that puts emphasis on missions and serving others. We participate in mission trips, locally and internationally, each year, and our church highlights VBS as our largest outreach event of the year. We have a strong Sunday School program to help members grow in their knowledge of the Word. Our Sunday night Life Groups meet in homes to help foster community as we disciple one another. Our Wednesday night programs consist of Adult Bible Study, Student Mid-Week, and Kid’s Club (RAs/GAs). Our unofficial church motto is “Doing Life Together” (Hebrews 10:24-25). Our church staff consists of Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor of Students and Missions, part-time Children’s Minister, and part-time Minister of Music.
We are prayerfully seeking the man that God has called to serve as our next Senior Pastor. The role of the pastor is to serve as the shepherd and spiritual head of our church with guidance coming from Holy Spirit as a result of prayer, Bible study, and his personal walk with Christ. The pastor should lead by example, with humble confidence. The pastor is expected to live and be active in our local community which we serve so a parsonage is provided. The parsonage is located about a mile from the church campus.
