Position Summary
Mountain Creek Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational Student Minister with a heart for Jesus and a
passion for discipling middle school and high school students. This individual will provide biblical teaching, relational
ministry, and spiritual leadership while partnering with parents and church leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead weekly student ministry gatherings with biblically sound, gospel-centered teaching
• Build Christ-centered relationships with students and their families
• Encourage student involvement in worship, service, and missions
• Plan special events, outreach activities, and fellowship opportunities
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders as needed
Qualifications:
• A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message
• A clear calling to student ministry
• Ability to communicate Scripture clearly and effectively
• Dependable, organized, and spiritually mature
This is a bi-vocational position. Time commitment and compensation will be based on availability and
experience.
