Chery Creek Baptist Church is a 182-year-old, family-oriented church located in Ecru, MS with approximately 200 members. The Student / Youth Minister position is a bi-vocational role responsible for various aspects of the Youth Ministry (grades 7-12), including, but not limited to, Sunday morning and Wednesday night services, discipleship opportunities, and summer camps. The student/youth minister will be a Christian with a passion for youth ministry who accepts the Baptist Faith and Message.
The student/youth pastor will develop a comprehensive, Christ-centered, youth ministry (grades 7-12) that integrates youth, their families, and the church in evangelism, discipleship, missions, and ministry.
